I have used some legal templates for some of the privacy/terms and copyright pages, which according to their terms, I have to have a link to their site, which considering that their help has been great for free, then I have no issue with.

Seriously, I may have made a bit of a joke about the legalese crap a couple of days ago, these guys made sorting it out trivial.
So – bottom line, if you want/need to have some templates for legal policies for your site, and need to do it on the cheap, then take a look at their free templates.
